Baked Portobello Mushrooms

My easy, simple, go-to appetizer that's sure to please :) Portobello's, coming right up!



These really are the simplest to make, and they're amazingly juicy, scrumptious one-bite wonders c:



Ingredients


  • Decently-Sized Portobello Mushrooms

  • Bacon/Ham/any bake-able meats you want!

  • Cheese - parmesan works best for me!

  • Herbs of your choosing

 

Preparation


  1. Pre-Heat your oven to about 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. On a baking tray, lay out some aluminium foil (best), or baking sheets (the juice might soak through the baking sheet).

  3. Give your Portobello mushrooms a quick rinse. If they have the stalks on them, cut them away (and you can use them in another dish!).

  4. Place your Portobello mushrooms onto the baking tray, and top them with bacon/meats, cheeses, and finally herbs of your choosing.

  5. Bake the Portobello mushrooms for about 10-15 minutes and they're ready to serve!
